Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after a payment or cancellation decision. Eligibility depends on the service purchased, the amount of work already completed, project resources already committed, and any third-party costs incurred for the project.
If a project has not started and no project-specific work or third-party cost has been incurred, a refund request may be considered after the account and payment details are reviewed.
When work has started, any approved refund may be reduced by the value of services already performed, including consultations, research, writing, editing, formatting, design, illustration, publishing setup, marketing preparation, revisions, or other project-specific work.
Services that have been completed, approved, delivered, downloaded, published, distributed, or otherwise substantially fulfilled may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Fees paid or committed to third parties on a client's behalf, including printing, distribution, advertising, platform, payment-processing, or other external costs, may be non-refundable when those providers do not return the funds.
If you believe a payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly, contact us with the transaction details so the charge can be reviewed promptly.
Please provide your name, project or service, payment information, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment and determine the status of the work.
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
